1. Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@seaonic.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the product.

 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 week. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Customers must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
